Olive Baboon

Papio anubis

Size: Up to 70cm high
Habitat: Savanna, grassland and woodland
Feeding: Omnivore eating grass, leaves, seeds, fruit, insects, small mammals and birds

The Olive Baboon, as the name suggests, is a grey/green colour. They are social animals and live in large troops of up to 100 individuals.

They forage both on the ground and in trees and have a lifespan of 10 - 20 years.
