Three-hooked Thorn

The Three-hooked Acacia is also called the Gum Acacia. It is a very important tree in the production of Gum, used in the food industry. Gum is the sap collected from cuts in the bark.

The flowers grow on spikes and as the name suggests the thorns appear in groups of three.
