Yellow Baboon

Papio cynocephalus

Size: Up to 84cm high
Habitat: Savanna and woodland
Feeding: Omnivore eating fruit, plants and insects

The Yellow Baboon, as the name suggests, is a yellow/brown colour. It has a slightly lighter build than the Olive Baboon.

They are social animals and live in large troops, foraging both on the ground and in trees.

They have a lifespan of 10 - 20 years.
